how does it work?
When the alarm button is pressed a message is sent to our monitoring centre. Your position and responder details will automatically be transmitted to our monitoring operators screen. The operator rings into your Safecom device(the unit will auto answer) and tries to ascertain the situation. The user can have two way communication with the operator, informing him/her of the nature of the call. If user does not accept call, by audible voice, it is escalated to the list of contacts. They will be informed of nature of alarm.
