lone worker protection

The Dilemma

Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, employers have a duty of care to any employee with a reasonable risk of injury or violence while doing their job.

The Solution

We offer a 24x7x365 monitored personal alarm which provides one or two way communication and location of the user to our monitoring operator. This can also be paired with GPS tracking to maximise safety in hazardous work environments.

How does it Work?

In the case of an emergency the user can press the panic button, a message is sent to the 24/7 monitoring centre. The monitoring operator contacts the user on their Safecom Unit  and reassures the user and responds accordingly to agreed procedure and protocol.
